GreenHand Terms of Service

Welcome to GreenHand! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GreenHand mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using GreenHand, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using GreenHand, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

• To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use GreenHand for unlawful purposes.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Interfere with the operation of the App (e.g., hacking, reverse engineering).
• Misuse plant data, community features, or any provided resources.

4. Content Ownership

• Your Content: You own the plant data, photos, and content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it for operating and improving the App.
• Our Content: All trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property related to GreenHand remain our property and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

5. App Features & Availability

• We may update, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or secure.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse the App or engage in fraudulent activities.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The GreenHand App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or availability. Plant care recommendations are for guidance only and may not apply to all situations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GreenHand.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
